Ministry of agrarian policy expects for the adoptation of three revolutionary bills
Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food expects from deputies that the three revolutionary AIC bills will be adopted on the fifth session of the Verkhovna Rada. Taras Kutovoy the Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food started legislative process after the Verkhovna Rada session opening.
"I hope that all the bills that the Ministry proposed, will be considered and adopted by the deputies this fall. We want to submit the three revolutionary bills, in my opinion: the privatization of the enterprise features of alcohol and alcoholic beverage industry, land reform and state support of small and medium-sized farmers", - the Minister said.
The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine prepared the bill "About Turnover of Agricultural Land" for legal grounds of full circulation as pledge of rights to use the land. Taras Kutovoy assured that adoption of the bill would create opportunities for attraction of additional credit resources in agricultural industry of Ukraine.
“The bill "About Features of Privatization of the Entities of the Spirit and Alcoholic Beverage Industry (Producers of Alcohol Ethyl)" was also drafted by initiative of the Ministry. I consider that only privatization and implementation of the market principles will provide upgrade and a gradual unshadowing of the industry", - the minister declared.
Also the Ministry of agropolicy drafted the bill "About stimulation of agro-industrial complex development of Ukraine" that will govern the state policy issues concerning agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. "Adoption of this law will enable to use effective instruments: to stimulate development of agro-industrial complex, to implement and pursue price policy in agrarian sector, and also to cancel inefficient methods of regulation which in practice fell short of expected ones", - the minister considered.
Taras Kutovoy added on the Facebook page: "Today, during the opening of a session, the President told that it was very important to cross through political barriers, I completely agree with those phrase. It is necessary to coalesce to work because our reform bills can change the agro industrial sector of Ukraine for the better", - the Minister noted.
