Justice Ministry urges Public Organizations immediately make the necessary changes in the Statutes
Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Moroz spent another urgent conference call with the heads of the territorial offices of Chief Justice to prevent the inconveniences associated with changes in the statutes of public organizations.
By the end of this year, all public organizations must make the necessary changes in order to avoid paying taxes.
This type of organization had actually two years to appeal to the Ministry of Justice, but still not all it did.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to the citizens, the Ministry of Justice shall take the appropriate measures. It was increased the number of hours of the reception and delivery of documents, also for the consultation with the applicants for the state registration of public organizations.
Now in order to provide clarification on topical issues arising in the field of state registration a number of activities is held. At the same time meetings hold with representatives of the centers of administrative services for the provision of free legal aid in order to improve their work and to ensure a steady audience and documents issuing of all social groups.
In each city will be put into operation "hotline for public organizations to state registration."
Insistently we urge public organizations to make as soon as possible changes to the Statutes in order to avoid inconveniences. Let's remind that changes need to be made for inclusion into the Register of nonprofit organizations.
